We will drop students 10-20 mins before the school starts. Buses will leave the school campus only after assuring the morning strength of students in each bus and also depending on how school management relieves students which again roughly goes up to 15-20 minutes.
It is mandatory for parents to inform the bus staff whenever student is being picked by themselves or by any other mode.
Please be ready at your stop location at least 5 minutes before the committed time.
We may reduce or increase the number of buses based on the current strength of students. Routes can be merged if attendances of students are reduced on certain days.
Parents who require any kind of ease in payment structure may coordinate with us in the beginning itself.

Academic session and bus fees structure starts from 1st of April to last day of the final exam.
Bus fees if paid yearly on advance basis in April then the fees will be discounted to just 9 months. 10 months if paid in 2 advance installments in April and October respectively. No monthly fees shall be entertained.
Students of class X, XII will have to pay the full academic year amount in advance.
Fees will only be considered paid if it has reflected on our account.
Website shall include payment modes like UPI/Debit card at no additional cost and Credit card/NetBanking at an additional cost of 2.5% of transaction amount.
If still anyone finding any issue, they can still pay with either cheque or cash but only after informing at our registered official contacts/mobile numbers and not to bus driver/attender before handing it over to them. Avoid any kind of cheque bounce, Rs. 500/- cheque bounce charges will have to be paid by the parent.
Cash Payments are not entertained unless priorly coordinated.
Fees structure are fixed as per diesel rates, staff cost, insurance and documentation costs and purchase cost of buses with interest. None of these costs are discounted by bargaining.
Buses will only enter private colonies if the colonies have sufficient infrastructure for buses to enter, turn and exit their premises timely.
Rights reserved to cancel the service for non-payment of fees and dues.
Bus fees will be calculated once the student joins the bus service till the end of academic year. Leaves taken by student won't be considered as a reason to reduce their fees for the academic year. Leaves taken are the loss of students/parents and not to be considered for negotiation.
Misbehavior either from our staff, students and/or parents will not be entertained.
Students damaging bus or bothering fellow students by mischief and misconduct will be accountable by their parents/guardians.
Buses are equipped with VLTD/GPS devices and live camera.
Students getting in/out of bus from places other than their stop or school will not be entertained without parents consent.
To track buses, GPS is installed in all buses. Kindly avoid calling drivers as they are busy driving and may not pick calls. Call only when it's really necessary. Buses mostly are on time.
The fee structure mentioned is subject to change. We reserve the right to increase fees in response to unforeseen external factors, including but not limited to, fluctuations in material costs, regulatory changes, or economic conditions.
