At St. Joseph Travels, we understand that transportation needs may change over time. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process and terms under which parents/guardians or institutions may cancel our transportation services.
During the free trial period (usually up to one week), services may be cancelled at any time without any charges or obligations.
No written notice is required for cancellation during this period; verbal or digital confirmation will suffice.
For cancellations after payment has been made (half-yearly or annual plans), a minimum of 15 days’ notice is required.
The cancellation request must be communicated via:
Phone call
Or in person at our office
Written requests are preferred but not mandatory.
Refunds for cancellations after payment will be considered only if:
The reason for cancellation is genuine (e.g., family relocation, transfer of school/institute, extended medical issues)
The request is approved by our management
If approved, a pro-rata refund for the unused service period will be issued after deducting applicable administrative or operational charges.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel services in the following cases:
Non-payment of dues
Repeated disciplinary issues involving the student
Disrespectful behavior towards staff
Safety violations or misuse of the service
No refunds will be provided for cancellations under these circumstances.
In rare cases where routes become non-operational or significantly altered due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., road restrictions, low ridership), we may cancel or reassign the route.
Affected users will be informed in advance, and appropriate alternatives or refunds will be offered.
