Our services are available to students enrolled in partnered schools or institutions and are subject to seat availability and area coverage.
Daily pick-up and drop-off to and from the registered address and the student’s educational institution.
Services are operational on all regular school days. Holidays or non-working days will follow the institute calendar.
Parents/guardians must complete the registration form with accurate student and contact details.
Fees are payable half-yearly/annually, in advance, and are non-refundable once the service is availed.
Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of service.
Students must be ready at the designated pick-up location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure someone is present at the drop-off point to receive the student.
The vehicle will not wait beyond 2 minutes at each stop to avoid delays.
Students must maintain discipline during the ride and follow the driver/attendant’s instructions.
Any damage caused by a student to the vehicle may result in repair charges being passed to the parent/guardian.
Repeated misbehaviour may lead to suspension or termination of transport services.
All vehicles are regularly maintained and comply with local safety regulations.
Drivers are verified and trained for child transportation.
While we take all necessary precautions, St. Joseph Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Services can be cancelled with a 7-day written notice. Partial refunds, if any, will be at the firm's discretion.
No refunds will be provided for days missed due to student illness or absence.
Routes and timings are planned based on efficiency and safety. Any changes requested by parents will be considered based on feasibility.
The company reserves the right to make route changes and will communicate the same in advance.
St. Joseph Travels is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the vehicle.
The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All official communication regarding the transport service will be shared via SMS, call, or WhatsApp on the contact details provided during registration.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bhopal, MP courts.
St. Joseph Travels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
