Service Fulfillment Policy

At St. Joseph Travels, we are committed to delivering reliable, secure, and student-friendly transportation services to educational institutions across Bhopal. This Service Fulfillment Policy outlines how and when our services are activated, managed, and provided once a booking or request is made.
1. Service Activation
- Upon request, we offer a trial period of up to one week before any payment is required. This allows students and parents to evaluate our service experience.
- After the trial period, transport services are activated only upon receipt of full payment, based on the selected half-yearly or annual plan.
- Once the service is confirmed, we provide:
- Assigned route and vehicle details
- Driver/conductor contact
- Pick-up and drop-off schedule
- GPS tracking app login credentials
2. Service Scope
We provide:
- Daily pick-up and drop-off between the student’s designated location (usually nearest to home) and their educational institution.
- Transportation for school/college events, excursions, and educational trips on prior request and subject to availability.
3. Service Area
Our services currently cover the metropolitan region of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, including:
- St. Joseph Co-ed School, Arera Colony
- Bhopal School of Social Sciences
- Other educational institutions as and when required.
4. Request Submission & Processing
- All service requests, including new admissions, changes in location, or timing adjustments, should be submitted in advance for us to evaluate and accommodate.
- Written communication is preferred but not mandatory—requests can also be made via phone or WhatsApp.
- Requests are fulfilled within 3–5 working days, depending on route feasibility and seat availability.
5. Communication of Service Details
- Once service is confirmed, all necessary details (route, timings, driver contact, etc.) are shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or Call.
- Parents/students are also given login access to our GPS tracking app to monitor the real-time location of their vehicle.
6. Service Interruptions
Although we aim for consistent operations, services may occasionally be affected by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Public strikes or emergencies
- Vehicle breakdown or maintenance
In such events, we will notify affected users at the earliest via WhatsApp or SMS.
7. Holidays & Non-Operational Days
- No service is provided on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days of the respective educational institution.
- A list of non-operational days will be provided at the beginning of each academic session, wherever applicable.
8. Parent/Student Responsibilities
- Students should be ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
- A responsible adult must be present at the drop-off point to receive the student, especially for young children.
- Missed pick-ups due to unavailability at the stop will not be rescheduled or refunded.
